How long does shipping take?

Most gear is made to order and printed fresh just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, plus standard shipping time. You’ll get tracking the moment it ships.

Why “made to order”?

We print on demand so we waste less, stock less, and can drop new designs fast. It means your gear is brand-new and never sat in a warehouse.

What’s your return policy?

If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we’ll make it right — reach out within 30 days. Because items are custom-printed, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong-size orders, so check the size chart before you ride.

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page includes a size chart. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed lake-day fit.

Do you ship outside the US?

We’re focused on the US for now. International shipping options may open up as we grow — follow @StokeFactoryOfficial for updates.
