Stoke Factory gear is printed on demand and made just for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking is emailed automatically once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is custom-printed to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices or change of mind. Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll fix it — replacement or refund, your call. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
